Know what to do

The biggest challenge with building a technology product without design leadership is the steep learning curve — you face a lot of unknowns, and without prior experience, it could be unclear or overwhelming to decide what to do next, whether you're doing the right thing, and overlook mistakes that would be obvious to someone who has done it before. As a member, you can just ask — and get expert advice from me and peer feedback from the community.

Stay focused

It's easy to get busy without being productive, losing sight of right priorities that move the needle on your traction. We do daily check-ins and weekly workshops with members to keep everyone laser-focused on the right priorities and keep each other accountable.
